Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the conditions under which you may use and/or access the Service.
Service is the development and provision for use within a period specified by the Contract of a certain type of Application at the request of the ASSIGNOR, as well as its storage (hosting), providing access to the End Users to the Application through the online stores Google Play and/or the Exclusive Store in compliance with the relevant requirements. The service is provided in the form of a subscription for a fixed period or a one-time payment with support for a certain period.
This Acceptable Use Policy complements any contract with Dexicon Ltd. regarding the use of the Service and forms an integral part there of.
1. Legal use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service :
unlawfully or fraudulently, i.e. in any way that violates the laws of Bulgaria , the laws of your Country of Residence or the Country of residence of any recipient of our Services;
for anything that involves abuse, harm or conflicts with content standards or accepted industry best practice guidelines;
in a way that disrupts or damages any of our computer systems, applications or networks, or other people's computer systems and networks;
in a manner that infringes an individual's rights, including but not limited to personality rights and intellectual property rights;
for unsupported/prohibited businesses and content.
2 .Restricted branches
Limited industries and content are associated with a higher risk of opt-out when publishing mobile apps by Google and Apple.
Below is a general list of Restricted Branches:
alcohol business, including payments for the sale of alcohol to retail customers;
gambling activities, such as lotteries, fantasy sports games with cash prizes, games of chance with cash prizes, sales of currencies in games by unauthorized merchants, any kind of gambling payments or gambling business;
medicinal products, including biologically active additives, pseudo-medicinal products and other products with unsubstantiated health claims which have not been approved or verified by the applicable regulatory authority. Online pharmacies, prescription medicines and payments for the sale of medicinal products to retail customers;
Tobacco.
3.Prohibited activity
Below is a non-exhaustive list of industries and services that are not allowed.
You must not use the Service to engage in Prohibited Activity that:
relates to the sale of illegal drugs, steroids, certain controlled substances, sexually explicit materials or services, ammunition, firearms or certain parts of accessories, certain weapons or knives governed by applicable law, or other similar products that pose a risk to consumer safety;
includes adult content, such as pornography and other visual content depicting explicit sexual acts, services of a sexual nature (webcam shows, live chats, prostitution, escorts, etc.) and sexual establishments (massage parlors and sexual services, strip clubs);
certain controlled substances or other products such as nootropic substances, additives, substances that produce similar effects such as illegal drugs (kratom, cat, etc.);
legal cannabis products, such as cannabidiol products and any other products or services related to the legal marijuana trade;
medicinal products, including biologically active additives, pseudo-medicinal products and other products with unsubstantiated health claims which have not been approved or verified by the applicable regulatory authority. Online pharmacies, prescription medicines and payments for the sale of medicinal products to retail customers;
drug paraphernalia, including equipment, products or materials intended for the manufacture, use or concealment of drugs;
encourages, promotes, assists or instructs others to engage in violence, racial intolerance, financial exploitation, crime or other illegal activity;
misrepresents Your identity or affiliation with any natural or legal person;
infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party;
supports pyramid schemes, matrix programs, other "rich quick" schemes, or multi-level marketing (multilevel marketing);
is associated with illegal gambling;
damages, disrupts or otherwise relates to any activity that reduces the value of the Services, websites, computer systems or Dexicon Ltd.'s activity;
modify, translate, adapt, edit, copy, decompile, disassemble or disclose the structure of software used or provided by Dexicon Ltd.
5. Content requirements
These Content Requirements apply to any mobile application in which You post Content or post using the Service.
Publications must:
be accurate;
to be sincere (when expressing opinions);
comply with the applicable legislation.
Publications should not:
(e) (e) contain materials containing defamation;
contain material that is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
promote pornographic material;
to encourage violence;
promote discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
harm or attempt to harm minors in any way;
infringe the intellectual property rights of another person;
to predispose to mislead a person;
breach a legal obligation to a third party, such as a contractual obligation or a duty of confidentiality;
encourage illegal activity;
be offensive, or contain any threat, violate privacy or cause annoyance, embarrassment or needless anxiety;
predispose to causing harassment, upset, embarrassment, alarm or annoyance to others;
be used for the purpose of impersonating another person or falsely impersonating your identity or relationship with another person.
6. Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
We may determine in our sole discretion whether there has been a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy as a result of your use of the Service
7. Amendments to the Acceptable Use Policy
We may amend this Acceptable Use Policy at any time by amending this page. You will be notified of the changes by sending a message through the mobile application you use through the Service.
